Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM AEST will begin processing the next business day..
Shipping Method and Transit Time
- We use AusPost Parcel Post for all shipments. The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after your order is shipped.
- Please note, transit times may vary depending on your location within Australia.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free shipping on all orders within Australia. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, We only ship to addresses within Australia at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the information provided in that email.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by responding to your order confirmation email.
- If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our returns process.
Delays
While we aim to meet all processing and transit times, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions).
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses.
- Address changes can usually be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
