Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

    • You can return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

    1. Contact Us: Please email us at contact@glepx.com to initiate your return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide shipping instructions.
    2. Approval Required: All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.

    • Contact Us Immediately: Please email contact@glepx.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it for you.
    • We will cover the shipping costs for returning and replacing faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

    • Follow the return process to request an exchange.
    • Any price differences will be adjusted, and exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. To cancel, please email us at contact@glepx.com or respond to your order confirmation.
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it once received.

Shipping Costs

    • Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.
    • Exchanges: Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by you.

Restocking Fee

We don’t charge a restocking fee for returns.

Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
    • If a discount code was applied, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.
