Returns and Refunds

At Glepx, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our 30-day returns and refunds policy is here to help you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns

    • You may return most items within 30 days of receiving them.
    • Items must be unused, in their original condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

    1. Contact Us: Please email us at contact@glepx.com to initiate your return. We will provide you with further instructions, including return shipping details.
    2. Approval Required: All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@glepx.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

    • Follow the return process if you wish to exchange an item.
    • Price differences will be adjusted.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please email us at contact@glepx.com or respond to your order confirmation.
    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.

Shipping Costs

    • For Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
    • For Exchanges: Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by the customer.

Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • If a discount code was applied, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
