Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day Return Policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Yes, you can exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange an item, contact our support team, and we will assist you with the process.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be requested before your order has been processed. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

No, we don’t charge any restocking fees for returns!

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@glepx.com We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 30-day return window.

Once we receive your return or exchange request, we will send you an email confirmation. After we inspect and process the item, you’ll receive another email confirming the refund or shipment of the exchanged product.
