Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM AEST.
Transit Time
- Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days after the order is shipped.
- Please note, transit times may vary depending on your location within Australia.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all orders within Australia. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to addresses within Australia at this time. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the information provided in that email.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to your order confirmation email.
- If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our returns process.
Delays
While we aim to meet all processing and transit times, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions).
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details.
- Address changes can usually be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Late or Missing Orders
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@glepx.com with your order details, and we will assist you.
Tracking Shows Delivered But Order Not Received
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check the shipping address.
- Check with neighbors or family members.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number.
